Push notifications arrive on iOS and Android. On the web you get the in-app notification center with an unread badge on the bell. Tapping any notification opens the exact invoice, quote, or job it's about.
Can I control what my team gets notified about?
Yes. Each notification type can be toggled per person. Team members manage their own alerts, and admins can set — and lock — which types each member receives, so the important alerts can't be switched off.
