Set the agreement once. The visits keep coming.
Recurring service agreements on a customer — weekly lawn, quarterly HVAC, monthly filter changes — generate real jobs days ahead, land on the calendar, and can bill themselves when a visit closes.
- Attach a recurring service agreement to a customer, with optional assets
- Repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or custom — third Tuesday, last day of the month, Monday and Thursday
- Jobs generate automatically days ahead with sequential ticket numbers
- Each generated visit lands on the shared team calendar
- Skip or move a single visit without rewriting the rest of the series
- Pause or end an agreement; past jobs stay on the record
- Auto-create an invoice after each closed visit — per-visit lines, a fixed price, or a stored template
- Start from trade presets such as HVAC service and lawn care, then tailor the cadence
Frequently asked questions
Is this just duplicating the same job over and over?
No. You save one agreement. An hourly sweeper turns it into real, sequentially numbered jobs for the next visits — with calendar events in the same write. You are not copying tickets by hand.
What if the customer is away that week?
Skip or move that one visit. The rest of the series keeps its dates. Pause the whole agreement when work stops for a season, then turn it back on.
Does it invoice automatically?
After each visit, yes — when you turn auto-create on and the job closes. Use a line-item template so generated visits have something to bill. Charging a saved card and a month-end invoice sweep are not live yet; the app says so instead of promising them.
Can I change weekly lawn care to every other week?
Yes. Changing the cadence updates upcoming visits. Jobs already done stay as they were — the history of the series is not rewritten.
