Find your way around Reports

The Reports hub is where Servicebay turns your jobs, quotes, invoices, and team activity into numbers you can act on. Here's how to find your way around it.

  1. Open the Reports hub

    Tap Reports in the main navigation. On a phone this opens a list of reports; on a tablet or desktop you'll see the list alongside the report itself.

  2. Pick a report

    Choose from eight reports: Accounts Receivable, Revenue & Cash Flow, Sales Pipeline, Jobs & Operations, Team Member Productivity, Customers, Services & Inventory, and Scheduling & Capacity.

  3. Set your timeframe

    Most reports open to This Year by default (Scheduling & Capacity defaults to This Week). Use the timeframe selector to switch to This Week, This Month, This Quarter, All Time, or a custom range. Accounts Receivable has no timeframe: it always shows your current outstanding and overdue invoices.

  4. Read the KPI cards

    Each report opens with a row of key numbers (for example Revenue, Win Rate, or Open Jobs) so you can see the headline figures before digging into the detail.

  5. Explore the charts and leaderboards

    Depending on the report, you'll find trend charts, donut breakdowns (like Payment Methods or Pipeline by Status), stacked bars, and leaderboards ranking your team, customers, or services.

  6. Switch reports without losing your place

    On a wider screen, tap another report in the list to switch instantly, and your chosen timeframe carries over where it applies.
