Manage your subscription and plan
Subscribing and managing billing is handled from the web at app.servicebay.io. Admins can open and change the subscription; non-admins can see the Manage Subscription tile but can't open it.
Open Manage Subscription
Open Settings, expand Account Information, and tap Manage Subscription. The subtitle shows your trial days remaining, "Your trial has ended", or "✓ Subscribed" depending on your status.
On mobile, continue on the web
If you're in the iOS or Android app, you'll see a message that subscriptions are purchased and managed on the web. Tap the button to copy the app.servicebay.io link to your clipboard, then open it in a browser on your phone or computer to continue.
Choose a billing interval
On the web, pick the Annual or Monthly tab. Annual billing has a lower per-seat monthly rate.
Set your seat counts
For each tier (Pro and Basic), use the + and − buttons to set how many seats you need. The price per seat and a running total appear as you adjust the counts.
Subscribe
Review the total at the bottom, then tap Subscribe to complete checkout.
Manage an existing subscription
Once you're subscribed, this screen shows your Current plan, how many of your assigned licenses are in use, and your renewal (or end) date. Tap Manage billing to update your payment method, change seat counts, or cancel. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal.
Assign seats to your team
After subscribing, go to the Team screen to assign each teammate a Basic or Pro seat so they can sign in.
