Edit or delete a customer

You can update a customer's details at any time from their profile, or delete their record entirely if it was created in error or you no longer need it. Deleting is permanent, so use it carefully.

  1. Open the customer's profile

    Go to Customers, find the customer, and tap them to open their profile on the Information tab.

  2. Edit their details

    Change any field: name, phone, email, address, business info, or notes. The Save Customer button (the same one used when creating a customer) is always visible on the profile; it becomes tappable once you've made a change.

  3. Save your changes

    Tap Save Customer to update the record.

  4. Open the actions menu to delete

    To delete the customer instead, tap the ⋮ menu in the top right of their profile and choose Delete.

  5. Confirm the deletion

    Read the warning (this customer and all associated data will be deleted) and tap Yes to confirm, or No to back out.

  6. Tips

    Deleting a customer removes their record permanently; it doesn't just hide them from lists. If you're unsure, consider whether editing their details or adding a note is a better fit than deleting them outright.
