View a customer's history and details
A customer's profile brings together everything you have on them: contact details, equipment, and every job, quote, and invoice you've ever done for them.
Open the Customers list
Go to the Customers tab to see everyone in your organisation.
Find the customer
Scroll the list or use search to find the customer you're looking for.
Open their profile
Tap the customer to open their profile screen.
Check the Information tab
The Information tab shows their contact details, address, and business info.
Review their items
The items tab (labelled for whatever you service, for example Devices or Equipment) lists anything you've logged against this customer.
Browse Jobs, Quotes and Invoices
Switch between the Jobs, Quotes, and Invoices tabs to see their full history with your business, including invoice payment status at a glance.
Contact them directly
Tap the ⋮ menu in the top right to Call or Email the customer without leaving their profile.
