Invite a team member

Inviting someone sends them an email with your organisation's access code. Once they accept, they can sign in with the role and license tier you set for them. Only admins can invite team members.

  1. Open Team Management

    Go to Settings, tap Team, then tap Team Management.

  2. Tap Add member

    On the Team screen, tap Add member.

  3. Enter their email address

    In the Add Team Member dialog, enter their Email Address.

  4. Choose their role

    Pick Admin, Standard, or Viewer. Each option shows what it can do: Full access, Can edit, or View only.

  5. Choose their license tier

    Pick Basic or Pro for the seat they'll use. During your free trial everyone gets full Pro access, so this choice is locked until you subscribe.

  6. Send the invite

    Tap Send Invite. Servicebay emails them your organisation's Team Access Code so they can join.

  7. Check on the invite

    While it's pending, the member shows as Pending in your Members list; once they accept, it flips to Active. If they didn't get the email, open their row's menu and tap Resend Invite.

  8. Tips

    You can also share your Team Access Code directly (find it under Invite on the Team screen). Anyone with the code and an invited email address can join without waiting on the email.
