Assign and manage your team's work

Once your team is set up, Servicebay lets you assign each job to the person doing the work, see who's carrying the load, and filter your job list by team member.

  1. Assign a job from its details screen

    Open the job and find the Assignment card, then use Assigned To to pick a team member, or leave it Unassigned.

  2. Assign a job straight from the job list

    You can also set Assigned To directly on a job's card in the Jobs list, without opening the job.

  3. Update the job's status as work happens

    In the same Assignment card, set Status to reflect where the job is at. Servicebay may prompt you to add a note to the job's service log when you change status or assignment.

  4. Filter the job list by team member

    Use the Assigned to filter on the Jobs list to see only one team member's jobs, which is useful when checking someone's day.

  5. Review workload on the Team Member Productivity report

    Go to Reports, then open Team Member Productivity to see active team members, unassigned jobs, and each person's open vs. closed job counts and current workload.
