Create your Servicebay account
Setting up Servicebay takes a few minutes. Go to app.servicebay.io/create-account in your browser, or open the app and tap Create Account from the sign-in screen. Either way, you'll land in the same setup flow.
Choose how you're setting up
On the first screen, tap Setup my business if you're creating a new organisation as its owner. If a teammate has already set up your organisation and sent you an invite, tap Join a team instead and use their invite details.
Enter your details
Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. Use an email you check regularly, since it's what you'll sign in with.
Set a password
Enter a password in the Password field. It needs at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter and one number; the checklist under the field updates as you type.
Agree to the terms
Check the box agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then tap Next. You can't continue until this is checked.
Describe your business
Answer the short prompt about what your business does. Depending on your trade, you may get a follow-up question about what you typically repair or service. Servicebay uses your answers to detect your industry and set up matching job categories automatically. You can review and adjust them on the next screen.
Add your business details
Enter your Business Name, Business Email, and Business Phone Number. If you don't have a physical location customers visit, turn on No Physical Location to skip the address field; otherwise enter your Business Address.
Invite your team, or skip for now
You can add teammates by email on the invite screen so they get an invitation. If you'd rather do this later, tap Skip for now. Nothing is lost, and you can invite people anytime from Settings.
Finish and verify your email
Tap Go to Dashboard on the confirmation screen, then follow the prompt to verify your email address so your account is fully activated.
