A quick tour of the Servicebay app

The first time you sign in, Servicebay walks you through the main screen with a short guided tour you can skip or step through with Next. Here's what each part does.

  1. Dashboard

    The first tab in the bottom navigation bar. It shows your business at a glance: jobs, your schedule, and performance.

  2. Jobs

    The second tab. Create and track jobs from first contact through to completion.

  3. Calendar

    The third tab. Schedule jobs and events for yourself and your team.

  4. Customers

    The fourth tab. Keep customer details and job history in one place.

  5. More tools

    Tap the menu icon in the top left to open more tools: Services, Inventory, Quotes, Invoices, and Reports all live in this menu.

  6. Notifications and account menu

    The bell icon in the top right shows updates from your team and your jobs. Next to it, the account icon opens Settings and Sign Out.

  7. Quick create

    Tap the + button to add a Job, Customer, Service, Item, Event, Quote, or Invoice from anywhere in the app without navigating to that section first.
