Set up your business profile

Your business profile is what customers see on the quotes, invoices and other documents Servicebay generates for you. Only admins can edit it, and you can update it anytime.

  1. Open Business Information

Open Settings and expand the Business Information section. If you don't see it, you're not an admin on this organisation. Ask an admin to make the change or grant you access.

  2. Add your logo

Tap the logo tile and choose an image from your device. It appears on your quotes and invoices. To remove it, tap the X on the logo preview.

  3. Set your business name

Tap Business Name, enter your business's name, and save. This is the name customers see on every document you send.

  4. Add your phone number and email

Tap Phone Number to set your account's phone number (the same one from your account details, shown to customers on your documents), and tap Organisation Email to set the support address they should write to.

  5. Set your business address

Tap Address and search for your location, or enter it manually. If you don't have a customer-facing location, you can leave this blank.

  6. Add your website

Tap Website and enter your business's URL, if you have one.

  7. Add tax and registration details

Tap Tax ID to record your tax identifier and its label (for example, VAT or EIN), and tap Business Registration ID to record your business registration number and its label. These appear on invoices where required.
